Absolutely thrilled with the cable I bought to build a wiring loom for my car project. It needed to be thinwall to fit some of the OEM connectors, and this is and therefore works well with automotive connectors that are designed for thinwall cable. Easy to strip, but adequate strength pvc. Pricing for low quantities is excellent, meaning I was able to use 11 different colours to aid fault rectification in the future. I know people might think copper is copper, but it's good quality and is receptive to crimping without breakage. As for the service, I can't fault it, the box arrived with everything I ordered, nearly coiled and taped for the smaller amounts, and as advised the 50metre lengths were on reels. I hope I've ordered enough for my project, but I wouldn't hesitate to use MKGT again next time, and won't be looking elsewhere for automotive cable. There's a lot of cheap rubbish on the internet, much of which doesn't match the description, so it is refreshing to receive OEM quality cable that's easy to work with and priced well. If I'd though about it better, I'd have just ordered 50metre reels of everything to help storage , as I'm sure it'll come in handy. Next time!

Your title for the states "low voltage" but later states double insulated 1800v. This is incompatible.
Other web sites show that this cable is rated over to 1kV. Cable seems to be perfect for a 110 volt solar storage battery.

I used this cable for fitting a split charge system to a 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 and found its flexibility a great help, particularly during the negotiation of a narrow passageway from the battery box up through the slot behind the sliding front seat to the cubby box where I'd mounted a relay. Another cable was routed to the leisure battery in the central compartment behind the front seats. The pvc cover was easily stripped at the ends which were crushed in the lugs using a punch that could be squeezed between the jaws of a vice. I'm not an electrician and this installation may be overkill and certainly isn't pretty but I can see the LED of the relay going off or on as I drive. A third cable was used to connect the negative terminals of the two large batteries. I appreciated the ease with which I could select and order what I wanted from this company. It is a good source.
