For orders below £100, the delivery cost is £5.99 for next working day service.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Small Parcel Delivery
For smaller items we use trusted courier services such as Parcelforce, DX 24–48 hour service, or another suitable tracked courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery card or contact you to arrange redelivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Pallet Delivery
Some larger or heavier items may be delivered using a pallet delivery service.
All items are carefully secured and wrapped to ensure safe transportation.
You will be notified about the delivery date and estimated arrival time once your order has been dispatched.
