We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@mkgt.co.uk and include your order number and reason for the return.
For non-defective or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
