Ceramic Line Z Tile Profile for LED Strip | Architectural LED Channel
CERAMIC LINE Z tile profile - 2 meter long angular profile for installation at the external corners of two perpedicular, tiled, wall surfaces. It is possible to use a LED strip with a maximum width of 10 mm.
Profile is intended for ceramic tiles, glass tiles, glazed tiles, terracotta tiles, porcelain stoneware, mosaic tiles - practically all types of the flat, tiled wall surfaces. Profile is recommended for tiles of up to 8 mm thick. It is 12 mm high though the layer of the adhesive has to be included.
All the profiles from the Ceramic Line range fulfill IP44 requirements with a properly fitted diffuser and end caps.
Profiles are packaged in tubes of 5 pieces and are offered without LED strip, which can be purchased separately. Profiles are offered with opal diffusers but it is possible to replace them with the transparent or the black ones.
The profile comes with a frosted cover. End caps must be purchased separately

- Ceramic Line K – Ideal for installation under tiles on one side, creating an elegant tile edge finish.
- Ceramic Line W – Designed for mounting in the inner corners of tiled walls, with the illuminated surface set at a 45-degree angle.
- Ceramic Line Z – Perfect for installation in outer corners finished with tiles.

Sheath gives some protection against mechanical damage / abrasion in external conditions such as engine compartment, boot and external connection to accessories. Very flexible so easy routing. I used this as a horn supply. Not really the right power rating, but horns are rarely used, and only in short bursts. My horns are around 20A, fused to 30A.
