Our cables are made from flexible tinned copper with a halogen-free copolymer insulation and a UV stable halogen-free copolymer sheath. Those solar cables are TUV-Rheinland approved.

Sheath gives some protection against mechanical damage / abrasion in external conditions such as engine compartment, boot and external connection to accessories. Very flexible so easy routing. I used this as a horn supply. Not really the right power rating, but horns are rarely used, and only in short bursts. My horns are around 20A, fused to 30A.
